About The Bloom Method
A Trauma-Informed Biblical Coaching Program for Women
Healing changes when women finally feel safe enough to stop surviving.
For years, Jane Stoudt has walked alongside women carrying the invisible weight of trauma, betrayal, emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, rejection, grief, overwhelm, and identity wounds. Again and again, she saw a common thread: women deeply loved God, yet still felt trapped in survival mode mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Many had learned how to function.
Few had truly learned how to heal.
That realization became the foundation for The Bloom Method™ — a Christ-centered, trauma-informed coaching framework designed to help women move from survival into safety, restoration, stability, and renewed purpose.

The Story Behind The Bloom Method
The Bloom Method™ was born from lived experience.
Jane is herself a trauma survivor who understands firsthand how deeply trauma can affect the entire person — mind, body, emotions, relationships, nervous system, and spiritual life. After enduring the long-term effects of complex trauma and chronic survival stress, she began pursuing answers that combined both biblical truth and a deeper understanding of trauma and emotional healing.
While studying to become a biblical counselor with a focus on trauma, Jane also found herself walking through her own restoration journey. As she learned more about trauma responses, nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, and survival patterns, she began recognizing how many physical, emotional, and mental struggles were connected to unresolved trauma and chronic stress placed on the body over time.
Through faith, education, practical healing work, emotional processing, nervous system support, and Christ-centered restoration, she experienced profound healing in areas where trauma had once shaped nearly every part of life.
That journey became the foundation of The Bloom Method™.
Today, Jane’s work is rooted in both professional study and personal understanding — allowing her to approach women not simply from theory, but from genuine compassion, wisdom, and lived empathy.
Because she understands what it feels like to:
• live in survival mode
• feel emotionally exhausted
• carry invisible wounds
• struggle with overwhelm and anxiety
• rebuild identity after trauma
• search for peace while loving God deeply
And she also understands the hope that healing can bring.
The Bloom Method™ is a trauma-informed biblical coaching framework created specifically for women healing from trauma, emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, betrayal, burnout, spiritual fatigue, and identity wounds.
This framework recognizes that trauma impacts more than emotions alone. Trauma can affect:
• the nervous system
• thought patterns
• emotional regulation
• relationships
• physical health
• self-worth
• spiritual perception
• daily functioning
Rather than focusing only on “trying harder” or pushing women toward perfection, The Bloom Method™ helps women heal gently and intentionally through compassionate support, biblical encouragement, trauma awareness, and practical rebuilding tools.
The Bloom Method™ follows five intentional stages of healing:
B — Become Safe
Creating emotional, relational, and nervous system safety.
L — Learn the Impact
Understanding how trauma affects the mind, body, emotions, and relationships.
O — Open to Processing
Processing grief, betrayal, emotional wounds, and survival patterns safely and honestly.
O — Organize New Patterns
Rebuilding healthy rhythms, emotional regulation, boundaries, routines, and thought patterns.
M — Move Forward with Meaning
Rediscovering identity, confidence, purpose, hope, and life beyond survival mode.
What is The BLOOM Method?

A Christ-Centered and Trauma-Informed Approach
Jane believes healing is not found through shame, pressure, or pretending pain does not exist.
Throughout Scripture, God consistently moves toward wounded people with compassion, patience, truth, gentleness, and restoration. The Bloom Method™ reflects that same heart by creating space for women to heal honestly while remaining grounded in biblical wisdom and grace.
This approach combines:
• Trauma-informed coaching principles
• Biblical counseling foundations
• Nervous system awareness
• Emotional wellness education
• Practical life rebuilding support
• Compassionate and grace-centered care
• Neurodivergent-sensitive understanding
• Christ-centered encouragement and truth
Women are not viewed as “broken problems to fix,” but as image bearers worthy of dignity, care, healing, and restoration.
